The Cool Party Store.com ships via Fed Ex OR USPS We normally process orders in 1 - 2 business days. All products should ship out within four our five days from when the order was placed. As always, please allow 7-10 business days for your order to get to you so plan ahead! Please note that a business/shipping day does not include weekends (Saturday or Sunday) or holidays. For example if your order is placed after 12:00 pm (CST) Friday the first available ship day is Monday. If any of our items are out of stock or if there is a delay for any other reason, we will contact you by phone or e-mail to advise you. We will not accept any returned items after (thirty days from original order). Shipping charges are not refundable. Please email our customer department at: support@thecoolpartystore.com for an RMA number and approval, before sending product back to our facilities. We also cannot accept any open items from their packages. **There is a 20% restocking fee for returns. Customer is responsible for shipping merchandise back to our distribution/sorting facility.
